Returns & Refunds
We think that you will love our product, but if for any reason you are not entirely happy, feel free to contact us email@example.com and we will do our very best to help.
To be eligible for a refund, return the item within 30 days of receiving. Please ensure the item is in good condition and in its original packaging. Remember to get proof of postage and to send us the tracking number to firstname.lastname@example.org. You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once we have received and inspected your package, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will be refunded to your original method of payment. Please allow up to two working days for funds to appear.
You can request a refund or pay a postage fee for an item to be sent again if we were unable to deliver because of any of the following:
- Incorrect, inaccessible, or incomplete address
- Nobody available upon delivery
- Parcel not collected from local delivery depot
UK delivery is free on all orders! (you’re welcome)
Your order should be with you within three working days. If you want to amend or cancel, please contact us within 5 minutes of ordering. We are unable to make changes once the order has been processed. You can manage and view all of your orders by logging into your account, unless purchase is made as a guest when this facility will not be available.
